Overview

FitRaho is an AI fitness and nutrition coach for Indian meals. We collect only the information needed to operate the app, provide support, improve the product, and maintain account access for Early Access users.

Information we may collect

• Account information such as name, email address, access status, and login identifiers.
• Profile and preference data such as nutrition goals, dietary preferences, and app settings.
• Meal information users choose to enter, including food names, meal photos, nutrition estimates, and meal history.
• Support communications sent to hello@fitraho.co.in, support@fitraho.co.in, or privacy@fitraho.co.in.
• Basic technical data such as device type, app version, crash diagnostics, and security logs.

How we use information

• To provide meal logging, Smart Meal Builder suggestions, macro estimates, and AI-assisted nutrition coaching.
• To operate access, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.
• To improve food recognition, product reliability, and user experience.
• To protect the service from abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.

AI and meal photos

Meal photos and entered details may be processed to estimate foods, calories, and macros. AI scan results and nutrition values are estimates and should not be treated as medical advice or precise lab measurements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted infrastructure, analytics, hosting, authentication, and AI service providers to operate FitRaho. These providers should process information only for FitRaho-related purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide FitRaho, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and improve product safety. To request account deletion, email support@fitraho.co.in with the subject "Delete My FitRaho Account".

Your choices

• You can contact support to request deletion or correction of account information.
• You can stop using the app at any time.
